Based on Racing Designs with Proven Track Performance and Suitable for Street.
Caliper Body
Caliper body is forged out of T2024 aluminum, machined from blank
billets.
Brake Pads
Brake pads are made from NAO ceramics (Non Asbestos Organic). Rated at 0~650 degree. Proven to be high friction and low noise.
Heat Shield
All calipers contain a special designed heat shield insulator. These protect against heat transfer from brake pads into the caliper body and piston seals.
Piston
Piston Size of 38/42mm, made of T6061 T6 hard anodized aluminum which is selected for its low heat transfer properties and high resistance to corrosion.
Seals
Only use special Japan made high temperature seals.
Rotor
Constructed from premium grade FC28 carbon iron. Rated at 925 degree.
330mm the diameter x 28mm thickness.
All rotors are slotted.
Weight
8.1kg in weight.

Slotted direction veins help disperse heat to protect the rotor.
